Frequently we are contacted and asked if a certain legal action can be taken. While we are happy to answer this question, often the more complex question is the broader “What are we trying to achieve?” To properly consider this we listen to and talk with our clients. We ask about about the history of the matter and the relationship between the individuals or entities involved. We encourage our clients to explain their objectives, assist them in analyzing the different ways in which these objectives can be achieved, and explore the personal, professional and legal implications of the proposed actions. We strive to be part of the process.
